who we

support

local chaplaincy: youth care

Narrogin has two public primary schools, a regional high school, and an agricultural college. Each of these schools have chaplains available at least some days each week. There are also school chaplains in the surrounding towns.

NCC has a long history of involvement with chaplaincy and it’s umbrella organisation YouthCare. We provide money to support the Breakfast Club in the two local primary schools, and work in collaboration with the other local Christian Churches to raise funds for YouthCare.

alphacrucis + harvest west colleges

Alphacrucis College merged with Perth’s Harvest West College in 2017 as is now the largest “spirit filled provider of education & ministry training in Australia." AC offers vocational education in ministry, business, music, chaplaincy & counselling, a limited range of theology, ministry, business, leadership, & arts degrees to doctorate level, & is accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority.

NCC is keen to support christian higher education because it is an investment in the future spiritual wellbeing of our kids, & therefore the future of the church.

acci missions + relief

Australian Christian Churches, (our parent body) has 145 individuals serving overseas in missions. As part of this program, NCC specifically supports Robbie Housen, who is at work in Mozambique developing communities, planting churches and training church leaders.

Robbie and her husband Jeff (now deceased) founded HOPE College, a live-in leadership, mentoring, training and church planting centre raising up the next generation of leaders in Mozambique. They have seen over 50 churches planted with countless lives and communities impacted by the Gospel.
