21 Days of Prayer

About The Event
21 Days of Prayer : This event is a call to private prayer - not a church prayer event, but we will incorporate it into our January Meet, Eat, Pray church event.
"God is looking for people to use, and if you can get usable, he will wear you out. The most dangerous prayer you can pray is this: 'Use me.’" - Rick Warren
NCC is joining a 21-Day National Prayer strategy happening across the ACC movement, starting on the Australia Day weekend. Over those 21 days, we will focus our prayers on Local, National and Personal matters. This prayer event will dovetail with Australia’s National Day of Prayer & Fasting which launches on 10th February 2018. We will be praying into these areas over the three weeks:
WEEK 1: Focus on Local
Start date: Sunday, 28th of January
Prayer for: Your local church; local church leaders; community services; schools; local businesses; specific local community needs; loving your neighbour; and your local government.
WEEK 2: Focus on the Nation
Start date: Sunday, 4th of February
Prayer for: The nation, government and leaders; media; religion; education and health; business; sport, arts & entertainment; farmers; justice and righteousness that exalts a nation.
February 10: National Day of Prayer & Fasting
WEEK 3: Focus on Personal
Start date: Sunday, 11th of February
Prayer for: Your relationship with the Lord; family; relationships and marriage; healing; finances; personal ministry and opportunities for ministry
• Pray for the nation according to 2 Chronicles 7:14
Set your alarm for 7:14 am or pm every day and pray for our nation.
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (NIV)
• Do a 21-day devotion to coincide with your prayer program. Recommended bible reading plans are available online at:
Let pray, together, right across our nation!
